[SLOrk-announce] (May 5th, 7:30pm) Stanford Laptop Orchestra: SLOrktastic Chamber Music 2022

Dear all,

For the first time since before the COVID-19 pandemic, SLOrk is back in 

The Stanford Laptop Orchestra presents new works for electronic chamber 
music, created by members of the SLOrk ensemble and classroom. You are 
warmly invited to join us in exploring new sounds, instruments, and 
musical spaces crafted for laptops, humans, and hemispherical speaker 
arrays. Come one, come all!

This event is free and open to the public. It will be both live-streamed 
and presented in-person. In-person attendance will require a free ticket 
(see below) and seating will be on a first-come basis. In keeping with 
Stanford and CCRMA guidelines, face coverings are strongly recommended.

SLOrktastic Chamber Music 2022 will feature works and performances by: 
Egor Alimpiev, Grant Bishko, Kelly Cochran, Same Lowe, Trijeet 
Mukhopadhyay, Mike Mulshine, Tess Rinaldo, Kathlynn Simotas, Ge Wang, 
Matt Wright, Xiaomian Yang, Kathleen Yuan, Andrew Aday Zhu, and Marise 
van Zyl.
