Tomorrow (Wednesday 4/22 1pm PDT), join us on Artful Design TV for
"Bodies in the Room (and Why They Matter)". We will talk physical
presence in an age of Zoom, technology and embodiment, and creating a
"laptopera" (a laptop orchestra opera). Our guest co-host will be Dr.
Anne Hege, composer, embodied interaction designer, and the mastermind
behind The Furies: A Laptopera. Our fireside chat will feature Camille
Noufi and Elena Georgieva, instrument builders and performers of the
laptopera. Anne will also lead us in a sound-based group exercise!
Again, no experience needed and all are welcome.
