[PlanetCCRMANews] fedora 23... first batch of packages released

Hi all,

Just released the first batch of Planet CCRMA packages for Fedora 23... 
The usual "easy to build" packages are showing up in the repositories. 
They include an RT patched kernel based on the latest release, 
4.1.12-rt13. Here is what is available now:
