[PlanetCCRMANews] support for fedora 19!

Hi all,
I have added repositories for the just released Fedora 19!
Pointers in the web page at:
https://ccrma.stanford.edu/planetccrma/software/

Start by installing the Planet CCRMA yum repositories as indicated in 
the web page...

There is a 3.8.13-rt13 based rt patched kernel and the usual assorted 
goodies. Some packages are missing, but not that many. In any case most 
important programs have already migrated to Fedora (woohoo!). But stuff 
like the clm/cmn world, chuck, supercollider and pd are already built - 
very little testing as you can imagine.
