[PlanetCCRMANews] Jack crashes in Fedora 12

Hello,

I just installed Fedora 12 on Thinkpad, without any extra software,
except sun java plugin for the browser.
I also yum-installed jack and qjackctl, but when trying to run
qjackctl got the "buffer overflow" crash (see below).
After googling on the issue I found that it seems that I was not
alone. I saw a suggestion to ask about this on this
mailing list. I wonder if anyone can offer me an advise?
