[PlanetCCRMANews] fc8/9: new kernel for testing (2.6.25.7)

Hi all...
A new kernel is available for testing on Fedora 8 and 9. 

Based on 2.6.25.7 and Ingo's rt6 patch for 2.6.25.4, plus all patches
that still patch cleanly from Fedora's stable 55 release. One
questionable patch is included, without it I get BUG's in my laptop -
the fix was posted in LKML but there were no comments from Ingo or other
kernel gurus so I presume it is a bad idea, works for me :-) Handle with

Available from the planetcore-testing repository. 

Lightly tested on my laptop running fc8 (while writing this :-)
