You can add 'preempt=full' to the GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX variable in /etc/default/grub. </div><div>Afterwards install the new grub configuration:</div><div>grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg</div><div><br></div><div>IIRC full preemption should become the default at some point. Now some instructions say to install kernel-rt and others say to install
planetccrma-core, but none of these packages can be found:
sudo dnf install kernel-rt
sudo dnf install planetccrma-core
Does the real-time kernel simply not exist anymore for recent versions
of Fedora or am I doing it wrong?
