[PlanetCCRMA] ardour?

hello,
I see that there are currently 3 version of ardour available 2, 4, 5 does
anyone have insights about which should I install? I am a very light user
of ardour as I don't do much recording.

(and in case you were following my installation of a new HP Spectre. The
machine has only one USB-A port but 2 USB-C ports. So, I'm getting a hub
that will add some more USB-A connections)
