[PlanetCCRMA] equipment questions once more

The RME Babyface Pro sounds *amazing*, but there is one obnoxious flaw 
with stand alone and class compliant modes. There is no way to directly 
monitor a mono input on both sides of a stereo output unless you use a Y 
cable on the inputs and take up 2x the inputs you need. I have contacted 
RME about this and they don't seem to care. There is an unused button 
combination on the device that could be intuitively used for this 
purpose, but they refuse to implement it. For this reason, I am likely 
going to replace my Babyface Pro with one of MOTU's new class compliant 
interfaces (Ultralite AVB or 624) that are wirelessly controllable 
through a web app.
