[PlanetCCRMA] linuxsampler 2.0.0

I compiled linuxsampler-2.0.0 / libgig-4.0.0 / liblscp-0.5.7 / 
qsampler-0.3.1 for my own use from the offcial latest stable sources.

PlanetCCRMA's versions are still from older git-development versions.
Would be a good idea to offer updated RPM packages. One new Linuxsampler 
2.0.0 feature that I could use is support for SFZ files. 
Linuxsampler-2.0.0 has been released more than a year ago.
