[PlanetCCRMA] fedora 22... some packages

Thanks for packaging the updated RT kernel! I am glad to see its 
development resume.

The Planet CCRMA At Home front page has not been updated in a while. It 
doesn't list links for the Fedora 21 or Fedora 22 packages.
