[PlanetCCRMA] [PlanetCCRMANews] fedora 23... first batch of packages released

Hi, Fernando.

Perhaps you would be doing this anyway, but you may want to make a note
that to set the installonly_limit to 0 you would set it in
/etc/dnf/dnf.conf for later versions of Fedora.
