Hi,

I am Running PlanetCCRMA's F-14 x86_64 with a Gina3G soundcard but I
cannot get the Echo Mixer to show up. Jack starts fine!.

Command line shows the following message:

[blueberry juanig] ~> echomixer &
[1] 23914
[blueberry juanig] ~> Cannot find the font


'cat /proc/asound/cards' shows:

[blueberry juanig] ~> cat /proc/asound/cards

'cat /proc/asound/devices' shows:

Yes, I had this same problem.  You need to 'yum install xorg-x11-fonts-misc'.  That should fix it.
