[PlanetCCRMA] Jack by default at planet ccrma

It does because it uses a packages that redirects pulseaudio to JACK.
There is a note there that this can be unstable and it is not
recommended by pulseaudio guys. It's a good work around to just have
ALSA and JACK in my system, but I don't want to lose stability though.
