[PlanetCCRMA] system time and dual boot

Since we switched to summertime last weekend I'm struggling to keep the 
system time correct. I have a dual boot fc12/winXP setup and somehow each 
of the operating systems insists on seting the clock one hour backwards 
each time I bootup. Each time I correct the system time but I can't make 
the change stick.
Anyone?
