Running CCRMA with FC10 on a ThinkPad T43...

The good news is that the new kernel in the testing repo appears to be working flawlessly for me so far (2.6.29-0.1.rt3.1.rc6.fc10.ccrma.i686.rt).

On the other hand, when booting 2.6.26.8-1.rt16.1.fc10.ccrma.i686.rt I get a single instance of the following error in the dmesg output:

Kernel failure message 1:
BUG: sleeping function called from invalid context IRQ-15(461) at arch/x86/mm/highmem_32.c:8

I'm not sure what this means but my hard disk appears to work fine, regardless.

Also with this same kernel... I log into Gnome and get a set of crash dialogs (not sure what has crashed), and after dismissing the dialogs I have no system menus or any other way to launch applications (but I can move the mouse pointer around the screen... oh joy :). I eventually get the desktop to run by using ctrl-alt-f5 to get a console login prompt, login as root, switch to run level 3 and then switch to run level 5. Whatever it is that crashes the first time does not crash the second time and I successfully get a working desktop.
