[PlanetCCRMA] 64 bits vs 32 bits

I'm going to reinstall the F7 for the F8 + planet ccrma on a Core 2

such I choose the planet ccrma 64 or the 32 bits version?

Is the 64 bits faster? is there any difference in the number of
applications?
