[PlanetCCRMA] one last update bit

i enabled all the repos listed in the planetccrma-repo, which, it  
turned out, was a whole gigabyte of updating i had missed! but one  
last thing that didn't work was w3m update, it can't get some  
dependencies, no files (gc i think?)
as i recall w3m was installed because supercollider has changed all  
the help files to html and w3m is for emacs to read it...
