[PlanetCCRMA] X broken in upgrading Fedora Core release 5 (Bordeaux) 2.6.20-1.2320.fc5

After updating my ccrma (how do I find the version?) with yum update, my X is
broken.

Warning: font renderer for ".pmf" already registered at priority 0 is one of
the many Xorg.log errors.

How can I fix?
