I have a laptop. But I did move the sound card to the other PCMCIA slot
just to see if that would do anything, but everything is still on IRQ 11.

I looked all through the BIOS and have found no way to allocate irq's.
Although, I did go through the BIOS and disabled any peripheral I
absolutely could go without using. I was even willing to disable my
wireless for good. But there was absolutely no change. Still the
occasional click, pop or complete drop-out in sound.
