[PlanetCCRMA] Books on Ardour

To those Ardour developers out there, you have now a new user group. I 
have a group of folks at my church that have been using ProTools on Mac 
for years. I recently did my first CD release with Ardour only (using 
Audacity, Jamin, etc) and some of the guys helped with the engineering. 
They have decided to migrate our Mac studio to Ardour! (Yeah!!!)

So with that said, are there any books on using Ardour other than the 
online/pdf Manual?
