[PlanetCCRMA] synchronise PD and Jack.

[Mysth-R]

Hi,
I would like to synchronise jack's transport with Pure Data because, I would
like to create a sequencer with pd, and use other software like
(freewheeling, hydrogen, ...) at the same time.
