There's been a few reports over the years of things like this happening
(and one a couple of days ago), I have never been able to pinpoint
_exactly_ why this is happening. Md5 checksums that don't match when you
try to install a package point to a corrupted download. You could try to
md5sum successive attempts at downloading and see if they all match (but
are wrong), or if they are all different. If they all match it could be
that the file is being cached in a proxy server through which you are
(maybe unknowingly) accessing the internet, and it is corrupted there.
If they don't match most probably the file is being corrupted during the
transfer. I don't know how to know _where_ it is happening.
The packages seem to be fine locally:
rpm -K alsa-firmware-1.0.13-1.fc7.ccrma.i386.rpm
alsa-firmware-1.0.13-1.fc7.ccrma.i386.rpm: (sha1) dsa sha1 md5 gpg OK
(and I just did a Planet CCRMA f7 install in a laptop yesterday without
hitting problems)
