[PlanetCCRMA] UA-25, PlanetCCRMA, usbquirks.h, MIDI

Hey folks,

I have a Edirol UA-25 and it works great under Fedora Core 5. I can't
seem to get the "Advanced" option on in Linux to turn on MIDI, 96k
recording etc. Did planetCCRMA patch the kernel with the usbquirks.h
file in order for this work? If not, is there to link to download the
kernel config for the latest ccrma kernel so I can patch it myself.
