[PlanetCCRMA] cm and gtk

Hello,
  I've just installed planet ccrma because I wanted to work with common music and I'm having troubles with gtk. It should theoretically work with cmuclisp, but when I try to call the function "plotter" (which needs gtk to work) common music freezes. I tried out under emacs (slime), cmulisp and directly. Also portmidi has problems to load.
  Do anyone know something about it? some tips?
