[PlanetCCRMA] audible breaks

[Delgado, Edgardo CIV NAVAIR 4.1.4.3]

I am getting audible breaks on playback when moving(dragging) a GUI
interface or clicking anything else.
I read the "xruns" thread but I need real-time and can't use high
frames/period.
I currently use 1024 to get low-latency.
Never had a this problem with fc3. I'm using rme9632 card, "rdt smp"
kernel.
Tried "rrt smp" kernel but no change.
