[PlanetCCRMA] usb midi interfaces with recent kernels and alsa modules

Hi all,
Just writing to document my problem and solution to use my Midisport
interface on a freshly installed up to date FC4 planetCCRMA system.
As usual download the ezusbmidi rpm from the ccrma site, and add
'usb_midi' to /etc/hotplug/blacklist. This took me a long while to
figure out since most places I found on the internet say you must add
'usb-midi', and that wasn't working here, so if your usb midi interface
is not showing up as an alsa midi device, it might be you're missing
this.
