[PlanetCCRMA] can't find mplayer package

When I try to install mplayer, I get a message that apt can't find the 
package.  Why might this be?  I'm on FC4.

[root@localhost /]# apt-get install mplayer
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
E: Couldn't find package mplayer
