[PlanetCCRMA] OS Revisited - 32 vs 64

Roy,

The 32 bit CCRMA kernel FC$ runs on my AMD64 machine.  And all the 32 
bit packages run as 32 application on my 64 bit machine.  I am waiting 
for a 64 bit low latency kernel and related applications but at least I 
have something that works.
