Sigh... apt has a bug that does not properly recognizes the dependencies
of the upgraded libtool package (from Fedora). As this is an apt bug
Fedora does not want to "fix" something that is not "broken" and has not
released a newer package. Yum does not have that problem and can install
the upgraded libtool just fine. 

I just released a package with an explicit dependency for the newer gcc
that is part of the Fedora updates, this should fix the problem for
completely up to date fc3 systems.
