[PlanetCCRMA] update virtual packages?

I am running FC3.  I noticed in the Changelog that apps like
qmidicontrol and qmidiroute were added, but they do not seem to have
been added to planetccrma-audioapps as dependencies, so apt-get
dist-upgrade doesn't add these apps automatically.  The same is true
with apps such as dvdauthor and cinepaint, as FC3 still has no
planetccrma-audiovideoapps package.

Please excuse my ignorance as I am still unsure how all this is supposed
to work.  Is this an oversight, or is this intentional?
