[PlanetCCRMA] fc4: build status

Status update:
Now available: caps and tapiir thanks to patches from Mario Torre!
SDL_ttf patches imported from Fedora Extras (but fweelin does not build)

The old supercollider cvs snapshot does not build (template problems,
probably fixable), a new snapshot has a new build system based on scons,
started building after one small patch, not done yet...
