Wow, I had lots of troubles, green and black screens, and system freeze!

There are also few bug report about that on bugzilla. It worked for me 
with a second monitor attached to the dual head output.

Then I replaced xorg-x11[-xfs,libs] with those for fedora core 3, and 
now everything is fine!
