[PlanetCCRMA] pd sources for pidip compile

thanks for the rapid response!

I am trying to configure it like this:-

 ./configure --with-pd=/usr/bin/pd --with-pdp=/usr/lib/pd/externs/pdp --
with-ffmpeg=/usr/bin/ffmpeg

where should i insert the bit about the headers (in the install it says
the pd sources are mandatory)
