[PlanetCCRMA] kluppe needs gtk+ 2.6

I have upgraded GTK to 2.6 (from ATRPMS, I think) on a Planet FC3
installation just so that I could build kluppe. I was trepidacious,
but so far nothing has broken due to the upgrade (that I've noticed)
