[PlanetCCRMA] multiple card synching

hi folks,

I also have two ews88d which have the same sync feature - though 
unfortunately as Michele has said it is not supported under the ice1712 
driver so far as I can tell.  I would dearly like to be able to use both 
cards in the one linux boxen.  Perhaps a mass (3 or 4 people!) request 
will achieve a better result.  I actually meant to contact the author a 
while back but never got round to it.  Do you have the email address 
Michele, so that I can send off a quick request.  Send it to me offlist 
if so...
