[PlanetCCRMA] key-pressure events in rosegarden/fluidsynth/qsynth

Could someone tell me how to get "Channel Pressure" and "Key
Pressure" messages to do any work using rosegarden and
fluidsynth?
Im trying to achieve this with qsynth running some standard
soundfonts (FluidR3-GM.SF2, Gorts-Synth.SF2) without anything
happening.
Checking the same midi-file with Timidity and the same soundfont
does whats expected.
Any clues?
Heres a midi-file with a swelling midi-note in (key-pressure
going from 0 to 127) to try with:
