[PlanetCCRMA] pd source and apt

Thanks Fernando,
I tried this but pidip wants more. When I set path to
/usr/lib/pd/include I get a message saying source tree not  found. I
found I had to copy /usr/lib/pd/include to /usr/lib/pd/src for pidip to
find the headers. All works fine now. Thanks again.
