On 2.4 (w/capabilities) kernels jackstart /was/ the way to go realtime,
that's why it has been set on qjackctl for ages as a "factory" default. On
2.6 (w/rt-lsm) it's /not/ necessary anymore, although it should work, and
that's why the default on qjackctl has been definitively set to "jackd"
since version 0.2.15.
