[PlanetCCRMA] ann: new Planet CCRMA mailing list coming up

So... as requested on the list, later today there will be a new Planet
CCRMA mailing list (most probably planetccrmanews at ccrma) for
announcements only - new or updated packages and so on and so forth. 

We'll tranfer the current planetccrma at ccrma subscribers to the new list
automatically, and you'll all get subscription messages from the list
manager software. You can then choose to stay in both lists (hopefully
:-), or drop from the general planetccrma discussion list if you think
the traffic is too high.
