[PlanetCCRMA] updates: qjackctl (for real), zynaddsubfx, ardour, fc3 pd externals

Hi all, some more updates:

* qjackctl to release 0.2.15-2, yesterday's release was pulled from the
  repository because of a crashing bug when clients were exiting. Runs
  fine now with a patch from Rui (thanks!)
* zynaddsubfx to release 2.1.1-2. Paul Nasca sent me a fix for the
  microtuning feature, it works fine now. 
* ardour updated to version 0.9beta25
* rebuilt the following externals for pd on fc3: ggee, iemlib (updated
  to 1.15), pd-creb, pd-cxc, pd-dyn, pd-fftease, pd-fluid, pd-syncgrain,
  pd-vasp, pd-zexy, percolate, pd-idelay.
