[PlanetCCRMA] updated: qjackctl, kernel on the edge

Hi all, a couple of updates:
* qjackctl to version 0.2.15-1
* new kernel "on the edge", version 2.6.10-0.5.rdt. This one is based on
  2.6.11-rc3 and Ingo' realtime preempt patch version 0.7.38-01. Should
  be, hopefully, more stable, as we approach a final 2.6.11.
