[PlanetCCRMA] Dual time signature

Hello all,

Somehow I've managed to get an extra time signature in my notation file.  Don't
know how I did it and don't know how to get rid of it.

I've attached a png file to show the problem.  (Hope that's okay for this
group.)  It's viewable in Firefox. The first quarter note should be with the
corresponding 32nd notes, and the red measure bars are new as well.

Help!
