[PlanetCCRMA] No Sound using EMU10K driver w/SB Audigy Z2

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I had done the easy one using alsamixer. Within 
alsamixer the PCM devices appear, however, if I use QaMix or Jack the pcm 
devices do not appear. This is where I am stumped. In the last install, alsa 
configured all of the devices for the card, this time it will not. For 
instance, when I use QaMix, there are no Playback devices.
