[PlanetCCRMA] ICD anyone?

Does anyone have experience using an ICD portable recorder? Especially 
regarding quality of recording vs. price.
I guess the standard answer is "depends what you want to use it for" so:
I'm looking to be able to use it to record rehearsals and possibly 
concerts so I would like to get good enough quality to use for 
presentations. Also to make field recording of sounds.
