I remember I had to link /usr/lib/pkconfig to /usr/local/lib/pkconfig to
compile either fst or jack_fst, can't remember which. You may want to
try the same.
[root at localhost lib]# pwd
/usr/local/lib
[root at localhost lib]# ls -la
