[PlanetCCRMA] Ardour from scratch

Hi,
    I'm trying to build Ardour from source this morning on my Planet
box. Consistently I'm seeing this warning:

/usr/share/aclocal/libmikmod.m4:11: warning: underquoted definition of
AM_PATH_LIBMIKMOD

The build failed with:

aclocal: configure.ac: 166: macro `AM_PATH_GTK' not found in library

There are quite a few GTK packages shown in Synaptic. What needs to be
installed?
