[PlanetCCRMA] recommended linux install

I dont think there has been any work at all under CCRMA for FC3. FC2
is sort of supported but for the most solid expirience you should
stick with FC1. The main problem is latency with the new 2.6 kernels
(which both FC2 and 3 come with).
