[PlanetCCRMA] Matrox cards & 2.4.24-1.ll.rhfc1.ccrma Kernel

I'm trying to compile the latest matrox drivers against the 2.4.24-1.ll.rhfc1.ccrma kernel, but it fails.  Has anybody got this working?
