[PlanetCCRMA] error in cmucl rpm

Hi Fernando,
it seems that there is a mistake in cmucl rpm, the permissions for
lisp.h are badly set:
$ ls -alrt /usr/lib/cmucl/lisp.h
-rw-------    1 root     root         1489 Jan 18 04:04 /usr/lib/cmucl/lisp.h
It will be better to have 644 for an, header file ;)

$ rpm -q -f /usr/lib/cmucl/lisp.h
cmucl-2003.12-1.rh90.ccrma
